"I am not good enough for Anushka"

Ranveer's candid confession revealed

Ever since they rocked the screen with their red-hot chemistry as Bittoo and Shruti in 'Band Baaja Baraat', the buzz has been that Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma are seeing each other in real-life too. While the two stars keep saying that they're not dating, they're seen together at enough events (often arriving together in the same car) that the stories don't stop. And the question asked most often is, if they're not together - then why not?

Well, Ranveer got answering it on Simi garewal's show 'Simi Selects India's Most Desirable' and here's what he said about resisting Anushka.

"It’s not easy. Look at her. She’s beautiful. She’s a stunner. She is this most amazing combination of beauty and talent and intelligence and wit. I am awestruck by her!

Ranveer continued about why they're not dating, "I do get attracted to her at times. It’s hard. I am not good enough to be Anushka Sharma’s boyfriend.”

Ranveer also seemed to be a bit insecure when it came to his 'BBB' co-star, “She’s so beautiful; I am not that good looking. She’s so talented; I am not so talented. She deserves someone better than me and that’s why I would not put her through me. I am not good for Anushka. Period.”
